The Byron Bay Surf Life Saving Club has over a century of tradition in protecting bathers with manned patrols and associated services who frequent our beaches, being established in 1907.
Byron Bay Surf Life Saving Club is one of the oldest Surf Life Saving Clubs in Australia. Byron Bay Surf Life Saving Club is located at Main Beach, Byron Bay and has a proud tradition and commitment to the local community.
Byron Bay Surf Club volunteer members provide surf life saving patrols on weekends and public holidays from September until April.
The Byron Bay Surf Life Saving Club runs Nippers every Sunday commencing am from October through to March. The Byron Bay Surf Life Saving Club has a large group of Senior members who participate in club activities for patrol, competition and recreation.
The Club, supports the Byron Bay Ocean Swim Classic and The Byron Bay Triathlon in May each year.
